Patient communication is one of the most important aspects to growing a chiropractic office. It won't matter how many patients your marketing efforts bring in, if you can't understand why the patient is in your office, convey the importance of the treatment plan you create for them, or communicate the information they need to make an informed choice to continue the plan you set for them.
